FFL Transfers
We can accept FFL transfers of regular and NFA firearms/suppressors for our local customers.
To initiate a transfer to our store, please email or have your dealer email the following details to ffl@milehighshooting.com:
· Your name
· Your contact information (phone number or email address)
· The make/model of the firearm/suppressor to be transferred
Once we have received this information and confirmed the item to be received is acceptable, we will approve of the transfer and send our FFL/SOT information to your dealer if needed.
Please ensure that your dealer includes your name and contact info with the shipment! Any firearms/suppressors transferred to us with no information will be rejected and returned to the dealer! Any NFA items received without the proper transfer paperwork will be rejected and returned to the dealer!
Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order and complete any relevant paperwork to receive it once it arrives. We will contact you the following business day to inform you that your order is ready for pickup.
If your order contains non-compliant magazines (barring current Law Enforcement or Military), we will withhold the magazines from your order as the legal limit in Colorado is 15 rounds. We do not alter (permanently or otherwise) or disassemble magazines to make them compliant, and we will not ship your magazines to an alternate address for pickup elsewhere.
We will do our best to replace your magazines with Colorado compliant versions if available. If we do not have any compliant magazines, you may receive the firearm without a magazine altogether. The best course of action is to ensure that whatever you are ordering is compliant in Colorado before placing your order with your dealer.
TRANSFER FEES
Our transfer fees are as follows:
· $75 transfer fee for the first serialized item, $15 for each additional item (per transaction)
· $175 transfer fee for NFA items, $25 for each additional item (per transaction)
